Drink cranberry juice(NOT ocean spray...get the good stuff) Also drink a LOT of water with fresh lemon...
and...I'm assuming that you are female...pee after sex! :)

Oil-pulling is a good COMPLIMENTARY therapy, to be used in addition to other healing protocals...so, keep pulling! :)
