Is this just as good as Jarrow's Biosil liquid formula? Gonna be using it for my finger (simple fracture) to make sure it heals faster and back to good as new.

Also, I had a reply saying I should take L-Arginine and L-Ornithine before bed, because it apparently heals bones twice as fast and heals them extremely well. How much should I take of each?

** P.S - It has only been a few days (since last friday night) that I fractured my finger, and it's in a cast now for 3 weeks. It still looks like it's crooked pointing a bit more inwards, will it straighten out to normal when it heals? **
