I have used this probiotic for about a month now and I have had great results. It is the only one that has ever worked for me out of the 2 dozen or so that I have tried. It has allowed me to have a normal bm for the first time in many years. I also use "cascade Fresh" yogurt that has 8 live active cultures in it. These 2 things have worked well for me.
