Maya,
That's a nice thought--a calm after the storm.

The fillings are 30 plus years old--and my teeth hurt. The wisdom tooth is rotten, so it is cheaper to pull it out than fill it. If my tests hadn't come back high, and if I had no history of mental issues....yea, I probably would just do the cilantro pesto eating I do. I used to play with mercury as a child (we'd break thermometers and play with them) So, I intent that this will help me stabalize as much as possible.

I'll try to relax more on the cranial sacral. But I was conciously trying to read anything.....in fact I was proud of myself for waiting till after he was done. It was quite interesting to feel as the sensations, but I figured out rather quickly to be quiet and let him work--except he said tell him when there was pain. In an odd way, I didn't know how much pain was pain...mild discomfort? pressure? There were only a few almost sharp pains. I think SOMETHING is different, but I'm not sure what. I asked him to talk to the reflexologist, and we are joking about having a session of both together, which actually would be cool. I know the reflexologist as a friend, and I trust him completely and the two are old friends--the reflexologist could get me to relax, and then the cs therapist could work. That would feel 'safer' to me. I'm blessed to 'find' such wonderful people.
