Yes. It irritated my gut really BAD and it went in the trash. But don't be discouraged if you bought it because almost all supplements cause me intestine distress. It's just part of leaky gut ( not being able to tolerate supps, etc. )

I eat lots of raw sauerkraut now as it doesn't bother my gut and it's working marvelously.
