it was about that time also that i starting sharply curtailing all the supplements i was taking. i was the supplement king. i was buying into a lot of the "science" out there and doing a lot of vitamins, minerals, the amino acids, human growth hormone, you name it here and i can tell you about it, either what it did for me or why i decided not to take it. it was also, coincidently, when i first tried oil pulling.

if it doesnt come in a live raw plant, your body is not going to do well with it. just write it down for future reference.
