my initial focus was on the specific toxins which i believed were causing my specific problems. i spent months investigating fluoride alone. that one contaminant made it clear to me that i had to buy clean drinking water and ingest only certified organic food. that is what i did. i also played with "eat for your blood type" info.

at the same time i was doing all manner of things, learning all about Colloidal Silver , throwing out the microwave and the teflon cookware, sleeping on a non-metallic bed foundation, supplementing oxygen, etc.

then i came upon an old book by adelle davis. i have since moved way beyond that, but god bless her, she got me to see food in a different light. at the same time i had found curezone and MH, the barefoot herbalist. the rest can be read here in the archives.

at the time of the kidney cleanse, i was still eating lots of cooked food(more than now for sure) and still drinking milk, eating grains, and eating much more meat than i do now.
