Diet is critical when on a UT protocal! Especially if you are eating foods that make your body acidic! I alway use pH stix or litmus paper before doing UT !
I would recommend an Alkalizing and pH balancing diet! For more information on such a diet follow this link ! This is one of the best and well informed sites on this subject!
