I was feeling better and had a massage on Friday. He stretched my neck and said the tingling is from nerves pressing and my neck is tight. trying to alleviate the pressure.

well the stretching is what caused my pain with the chiro. it was MUCH gentler than her (Chiro) and I told him to stop when I felt uncomfortable. Initially i felt really open on the right side but 30 minutes later I was sore and stiff and now 4 days later i still feel pretty bad. OBVIOUSLY my neck does NOT want to be strecthed. Massage was fine.

Now i feel I took 50 steps back. Before my neck was feeling resilent and now I feel tired achey and it burns. I guess if I WAS better, I would have been able to handle it. I am on 10 weeks now. WHats going on???


Any advice PLEASE! I am giving upacupuncture and taking my glyco's and herbs and resting my body.
