I have been doing urine therapy for three weeks now,drinking a midstream mouthful every morning and I have not noticed a change. Am I doing something wrong? I have read varying opinions on how much to have from a homeopathic dilution to a few drops to a cup to all of it. What is the optimum amount and how long does it normally take to get results?
