so when you are passing out these dead candida or parasite,,, how are people's stool?

I have been taking mega doses of GFSE and I been feeling AWFUl,,, all nauseous, slight chill and slight fever and past two days, I had major diahhrea where its just all water with sand of stool dissolved in it.

is that a typical die off?
