How are you doing? Great!!! Anytime anyone puts so much thought, and then practise, in trying to get better health, well that is the key. You are on that path.

Maybe probiotics didn't make much difference to you because you don't need them - that is a valid idea. I feel the same way actually. Maybe we both give up too soon, I don't know. There should be some way to test the colonic flora, but doctors won't do it so it is tough to get it done. There are some alternative health people who do those tests, i just don't know where.
