My wife had restless leg syndrome. It wasn't so much a tingling but more an aching that wouldn't go away and would keep her up for hours after going to bed. She could not get comfortable and would be constantly moving her legs to try to find a comfortable spot. If this sounds like what you're going through, increase your calcium by a lot. She was in peri-menopause and her body needed additional calcium. The symptoms went away within a week when she started taking 1000 mg calcium a day.
