The controvery about calcium is one of misinformation and product hype! Coral Calcium itself is debatable and potentially dangerous because of the high mercury content it contains and if calcium supplements is not taken properly with a food based acid can be dangerous! This is why a good source of calcium always is used in tandem with Vitamin D a natural food based acid! Being well informed and understanding how to use a product is all important Even Casey Reams has changed his mind about rock based calciums and has had the insight to find the proper way to utilize calcium hydroxide in his protocal!
I suppose if one has access to highly mineralised produce one would never need any supplementation and there may not even be a need for curezone if we lived in such an ideal situation ! But here we are being poisoned and sold produce and other foods with no real nutritional value!
If someone could tell me where I could consistanlty get good mineralized sunripened lemons it would be a miracle! I suppose people who live in the south or nearer to the eqautor have many more opportunities to access these types a foods but up here in the great frigid north these foods are far and few between! This is why ACV Blackstrap mollasses and sea kelp incorporated with calcium hydroxide is the best viable substitute available to me and many others! But remember one has to have the wisdom and knowledge from a reliable source to use these nutrients properly!
Also remember the Armenians, Azerbaijans and Georgians in Russian, the Tibetans, the Hunzas of Northern Pakistan, the Vilcabamba Indians in Ecuador, the Bamas in China and the Titicacas in Peru all used rock based minerals and all of them lived long and healthy lives!
The proof is in the taste of the pudding as Beej has pointed out!
