Sure we eat meat but that doesn't mean we dont love our animals aswell. I gave up beef years ago when BSE developed. That's when we learned about all the rubbish they had been feeding the poor cows (and us) - newspaper for fibre etc., I only eat organic meat and really that means chicken and fish with the occasional lamb or pork sausage. I would love to be vegetarian but I cant stand mushy, stodgy food and vegetables do not fill me up. I do eat salads but I dont like them much.
