calcium is very important. my dad is really starting to stiffen up from the coral calcium he began taking years ago after thoe robert barefoot commercials. if the calcium isnt from plants, the body cannot handle it. let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food. eat your raw green veggies and herbs and forget supplementing with rocks. you will be glad you did some day.
