I know exactly what you mean. I've had this now for 6 years. It seems impossible to get rid of and I think a lot of it has to do with an imbalance in my estrogen/progesterone levels. So as long as I'm pre-menopausal, I think I'm going to have candida. I could be wrong. But if you really are adamant about getting better, I do think it's possible. I just don't have the discipline. I would get Andreas Moritz 's book "The Amazing Liver Cleanse". It has a lot of information in it about how to detox the body which plays a big role in getting rid of candida. It could work for you. I think it might actually be a cure in the long run, but I haven't been able to discipline myself for the long time period it takes to make it happen.
