I started oil pulling in October and enjoyed immediate positive results. The oil that I used was Caprol (caprilic acid in olive oil).

This is the same oil that I have held in my mouth to get relief from a burning tongue and then swallow. It did stop my tongue from burning but did not make me feel any better overall.

I could not believe it... all those years of nearly getting right. I was pulling out the toxins and putting them back in.

To say the least, when I swallow oil on purpose now, I do not hold it in my mouth very long.
