you know the long-term issues that need to be addressed. i did you a favor if you will act on it.

Oh please young lady! Do you think I have'nt researched this first myself!

Besides scientific studies, the living proof and real proof to me of the long term is in the longevity and good health of the Titicacas of Peru, Azerbaijans, Armenians, the Hunzas of Pakistan and the Tibetans. Who lived long healthy lives and often lived into thier 100s and attribute this to drinking the "Milk of the Mountains" which is the connection they all have in common! They drank large quantities of these glacial waters which contains crushed rock minerals ! They grew healthy minersalized crops and drank goats milk that was highly mineralized from these so called dangerous rock minerals!
So please stop fooling yourself and others with this little crusade you are on, you are just pissing in the wind! Its very unbecoming on you!
