#66557... Don't pity your mother. She made those lifestyle choices HERSELF. Nobody put her up to it. I have two words for you:

LEAVE NOW.

And don't look back. I know it's presumptuous of me to say this, but from what I've read your mother sounds mentally ill, or at the very least borderline personality disorder. And she's trying to drag you down with her. Escape while you still can. Money will flow for you if you believe it will - you don't NEED her. Please read Louise L. Hay (the book I mentioned above). Holding yourself in this situation out of fear of debt is ridiculous, what will happen when you DON'T leave will make you more miserable than debt. Money is meaningless when it comes right down to it. All these material things don't matter. When you die you're not going to be judged on how you managed your money!

Nothing will change if YOU don't make the firm decision to change. Because your mother certainly isn't. This is who she is. So move on.

Don't even call her "mom" or "mother" anymore, if you don't want to. Call her by her first name. Eliminate those maternal ties. Strengthen your bonds with God (which I suspect are already quite strong). God is a parent to us all. We are only born to people, but we were made in Heaven first. Unfortunately you were born to an ill person. It is NOT a reflection of you. Separate yourself and leave. Now. Even if you are poorer or have to accumulate some debt, it'll be better than this. Start a new life for yourself and trust that God has something planned for you.

Please keep us updated!! I know you can do it :) You're better than this.
