yep. i went to wild oats tonight. the fruit was not worth what they were asking(this is in overland park kansas, the rodeo drive of the midwest), none of my favorite nuts were on sale except the almonds and they were out, then i browsed some more and guess what i bought? another fancy bottle of itallian olive oil, a big bottle of flax from barleans that was pressed last week, and a small but expensive bottle of hemp oil. all i got was oil, out of the whole store. i have no idea what i am going to eat this week. i have three mandarins and a romain heart left at the house here.

thanks for the confirm. i am convinced about the oil. and i am becoming intrigued about bloodletting. what a strange combination.
