HI
CAn I ask what your main goal is? to do a cleanse of your body or to change your eating habits to a vegan based one for the rest of your life?? I am now a vegan for 2 years..I ate tons of meat my self..all the time..it made me feel sick to my stomach..When I first became a vegan I did gained weight as well..I dont' know why..perhaps the change my body was going through. I just jumped into it..and eventually ended up eating more binging on meat more and more some days. I then decided I have to stop be obsessed with my weight and start focusing on myself..to be healthy and love and accept myself..I tried that using Meditation and yoga technique..I went to meditation/yoga Classes 2x a week..Now I practice at home and go once a week..At first I ate only eggs, and seafood after some months and going to meditation/yoga classes..that changed, I stoped the seafood and eggs. I went thru periods of overeating junk foods, cakes, pastries etc..etc..Now My daily diet cosists of steamed veggies, steamed pototates and root veggies, rice. Sometimes bread..Beans, fruits. I dont' drink that much water..It makes feel sick..my stomach bloats too much water..I drink no juice..but instead eat the whole fruit.
AFter all that meat eating..I did a cleanse..I just bought some cleasning pills from the store and had that everyday and drink green tea..I ate whatever I wanted to, even meat at one point..I had 2 regular meals a day..6-8 hours apart. after the cleanse I felt better..I continued the meditation/yoga, its becoming a part of my daily life now slowly :). I am now a vegan and am proud..its been 2 years..I have no cravings for meat..though at times I get cravings for pizza, and I have a sweet tooth..pastries..when I get cravings..I satisfy it..I dont' over indulge..I am trying to love myself, its a wonderful thing to do first..its a long process and not easy to love oneself..sounds weird
If you have any questions feel free to email me.
good luck
