I took Paxil, or a similar drug (do not remember name) for the better part of a year. Towards the end, every time I would take a dose I would feel like I was slowly killing my body with each successive pill; so I quit cold turkey. That may have done some harm to me though as it was quite a shock.

I originally went on the drug because I could not stand to live in an environment so crowded with people, bumper to bumper traffic, insignificant social obligations, societal expectations, etc... "social anxiety" they called it. Okay, I still feel that way, but do not think it incessantly any more like I did... I changed my thinking and took control and I can see it for what it is now, simple over population and congestion. I am a country boy locked in a BIG city :-O

What is it we say about a congested body here on curezone???? The planet is congested; is it any wonder we are too?

Time to take a hike :-)
