one would hope that the prudent mother-to-be would prepare for pregnancy ahead of time and be on a diet through gestation and lactation that would be clean enough to keep OP from being necessary. if that is not the case, then what is OPing going to hurt? eat plenty of foods high in B vitamins and be sure to eat oils as well. mrs barefoot is specifically designed to deliver all the ingredients for supplementing during pregnancy.
