Celcius is Wrong, as he is so often.

I recognize the importance of Acid/Base chemistry in the body and how diseases can impact on the homeostatics systems of our cells and tissues.   I know that, depending of the cell.tissue.organ each specific system has a particular electrolytic and pH requirements.

What Moreless has done, is taken this little bit of knowledge and perverted it into a belief system.   In many ways his belief system/mythology is no different than the one you constantly rail against in the Christianity/Atheism debate forums.    Face it, you worship at the feet of moreless.   He makes statements that have been falsified, but when confronted with the truth, his response is to insult the person that disagrees with him.

For the most part, I respect the informative work of Quackwatch, they have done a great deal to expose many of the health scams that are pushed onto an unsuspecting public.  Many of the cures touted as alternative medicine have as much efficacy as the herbal penis enhancers you buy.

I fully support other reliable and usefull practices of alternative med.  Like the intelligent use of nutricicals, vitamins, supplements, proper nutrition, the avoidance of toxic chemicals - what I don't support is "magic", disproven claims and selling false hope.

The first link you mentioned, I point out the errors of making a post hoc assumption.  How, sometimes things that appear to be related are not.
