hehehe....in MY world, health has many different facets...and I sincerely believe in the healing powers of alcohol...NOT as a daily thing, don't get me wromg or jump on me for this one, folks...Alcohol consumption has a long and illustrious history...well, nuff said on that fer now. We are seriously going to put in a still in a few years..."Look out, Paw! The Revenooers!" hehehe
Thoughts?

RUM! Meyers! mixed in a fruit smoothie! Or in a Pina Colada with fresh pineapple AND coconut milk...AND coconut oil! an antiparasitic colada! HEY! I'm on to something with that one!

AND, ya know....I would LOVE a good recipe for Sangria...I had homemade Sangria once...YUM!
