Yup, just stared using it...it's darn tasty...it does say "keep refrigerated" on the bottle, NOT "refrigerate after opening", so I do assume that the folks there know how to store oils. They certainly know how to bottle them...I would assume that the only time this oil has NOT been refrigerated was while in transit.
