So far thumbs up to Full Moon brewing!

I did everything as close to mormal as I could. My water was at 2.7 uS. Just pure enough to make a batch, My water is usually more pure. I just forgot about the batch and checked the next day. So far it hasn't yellowed and shows a significant higher PPM than I can remember.
