A liquid multivitamin from an organic wholefood source would be the better alternative over centrum. The body is an intelligent machine. It discerns the difference between real vitamins and minerals over synthetic (man-made copies) of the original. I noticed that you emailed me as well; therefore, I will correspond further information regarding supplements, cleansing, etc.
Regarding the Elidel, my hope was that the bigger reason that you would be switching to natural/organic products for the treatment of your eczema condition was due to the fact that elidel promotes cancer.
I want to help you understand eczema. It is not as complicated or hopeless an issue as the medical community would have you believe. Just like anybody can catch a cold, anybody can develope an eczema reaction (despite heredity). Understanding the function of the skin, the digestive system, and the immune system will help you in understanding eczema. I'll correspond with you further through email regarding this as well.
Regarding the Epsom Salt and your foot. I experienced a very severe athletes foot fungal infection after wearing garden shoes that were worn by a previous owner of the shoes. My pinky toes cracked and split open where the toe and ball of the foot connect. The infection distorted my toes to twice there size as the antibodies went to work in fighting the infection. The only thing that brought me relief was soaking my foot in epsom salt. Epsom Salt is different from table salt . It is assumed that open wounds and salt would promote a stinging irritation; however, this wasn't the case with the epsom salt. Throughout this site, there are proclaimations from eczema sufferers regarding their relief from eczema irritation after spending time in the salt water of the ocean or sea. They've reported that there eczema skin was healed; so there is something to a salt bath in the treatment of eczema. If you feel that epsom salt, would cause you irritation than opt for the Burt's Bees bath crystals instead. At least give the Epsom Salt bath soak a try for one sitting to determine if this is the course of action for you.
