Another agreement here. I have evolved into eating less the longer I've been raw, but initially, I needed to eat a LOT to stick with it. Even now, I have a huge smoothie (sometimes two) with about ten servings of fruit, plus greens, a green superfood and hemp seed each morning, then an enormous salad at lunch, and another smoothie mid-afternoon. I don't eat dinner anymore, but that took several months and just happened naturally.

In the beginning, I made a lot of dishes that reminded me of cooked dishes. You may not need to do that, though. Transitioning to eating my biggest meal at lunch was the best thing I ever did.

There's certainly nothing wrong with the list of foods you've got. Just try to eat a LOT of fruit (Sapoty Brook recommends 12-15 fruit servings a day), and don't skimp on the salad! :-) I'd also try soaking some pumpkin seeds for a few hours or overnight, then salting them or sprinkling them with Nama Shoyu and drying them either in a dehydrator or in the sun and adding them to your lunch salad. They're tasty and relatively easy to digest, and they'll add some fat. Avocados are always good, too.

Remember, dark green veggies boost vitamin B levels, and Celery gives you sodium!

Best of luck to you. Have fun!
