I get UTI's BAD, like a freight train, and after a few swallows of CS, I am a ton better....

I would take an ounce at a time every hour and follow it with some water or juice, and after 2 doses, I would be amaxingly better, I have done this 4 times now in the last year.....

I wouldnt worry about bathing in it, take it orally and maybe use a spray bottle for the outside, works for yeast too!!!
