If you say your nutrition is +/- OK, then my guess would be toxins such as solvents, metals and other chemical substances present in your home or work environment. These can include a wide variety of things, such as isolation material used in your house, paint, "electrosmog", home cleaning and personal hygiene products that you use, etc.
