I just finisheed up a 21 day Master Cleanse, today is OJ. I would like to do a Liver Flush ( Hulda Clark ) as I did just before the Master-Cleanse and then some Oxypowder . I need some direction as to how to time these. I know to do the Liver-Flush a wek after the MC, but when should I start the Oxypowder ? And what do I need to eat during the Oxy and when?
