You seem to have a handle on things, just need to keep on keepin' on :-)

I was in a similar boat, March of 2005 when I sought and found... I have been seeking and finding ever since. One of the first things I attempted to do and am still working on is to slow my life down to a realistic pace. This helps me greatly. WAY too many of us try to do much more than a human should be expected to do in one day. When we do this, little gets done right without problems...

Eliminating my "wants" from thought and accepting what I have with a grateful heart, which by the way is more than i need, helps me to do this
