here you go, it's under cleansing at the top of the page. I use the classic coke for the oil portion only.......


"Classic Coke" Liver Flush and Gallbladder Flush

AT BEDTIME take the following:

5 ounces CLASSIC coke -- can use any diet beverage or a carbonated beverage from the health food store.
6 oz. Virgin Olive-Oil -- I use 1/2 cup
2 Tablespoons lemon juice (freshly pressed juice) --I use 1/2 lemon & hubby uses other half :)


try to gulp it all down while it's fizzing.......yes, you will burp......if you can't then add another ounce of pop before it separates and it will go down and stay down. My mom uses 7UP.

also take your digestive enzymes and L-Ornithine at this time and you will be just fine.
