Hi, I have been suffering with worsening chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia for about 3 years now, recently it has been so bad. My muscles are so tense that I am having unexplained bruising in straight lines on my shins, and other parts of my body without any other cause.

What have I done? I have tried to improve my diet, I drink only water and do not eat any junk food, and have significanly lessened my meat intake. I also have done about 10 liver flushes, which were helping at first, but now they are doing nothing and with small results. Recently I had my first colonic, hoping that maybe I had stuck stones from the Liver Flush giving me constant toxicity, but it did not help.
I have started oil pulling but this hasn't helped much either.

Other symptoms I have include, itchy skin, diarrhea, brain fog, swollen glands, bloating and weight loss.

Any suggetions? I am not sure what to do. My digestion seems to be worsening along with my muscle fatigue/tension. I think that the problem is in my digestion, and if I could improve that, then my muscles and fatigue would be better. I am scheduled for my 2nd colonic, hopefully it may produce better results, I also was going to try another Liver Flush on the same day, hoping that maybe a free flowing colon would produce more stones.
