Sounds like a tablespoon of half and half is safer than the soy...

Really, I don't need to drink coffee now and I find it kind of surprising that I'm okay without it. Mainly I've stopped because of the bladder irritation. Green tea even bothers it sometimes. I'm still kind of in-between about the whole thing. I just don't like coffee without milk. It's part of the whole experience for me, and that's kind of what I'm going for...Thanks for the advice!
