Oh man do I love coffee! It always burns my innerds up though :-(. I've read it's a gut irritant so that would sure make sense. I just don't tolerate it. I'd say if it doesn't bother you like it does me ( a severe recation ) then enjoy a nice cup for the holiday. This diet can make you kind of buggy after a while. Ha ha
