Okay,so I just need some opinions, here. I've been very, very good on my candida regimen. I never cheat. I get colonics. The whole thing.

The one thing I truly miss is the coffee. I know it's bad for my liver, which is working very, very hard to get rid of everything that's dying in my. I was just thinking that maybe, just for christmas day, that I might make a cup of decaf coffee with Silk (super-processed. I know.) and xylitol. How strongly would folks advise against this?
