Your answer to your problems may be in your own words : if I eat to much greasy, fried foods, or alcohol or something like that I mess myself really bad. I cannot digest fats, or should I say a large amount, it seems. I can handle some olive oil and some fish oil most times. But anything like margarine forget it. It is mainly a fat thing that causes the issue. It slows down my digestion. End of your quote!

It seems that you may have what is called a "LACK" of "WILLPOWER" !

For you understand that some foods give you problems, yet you go ahead and eat them sometimes and then get Sick !
