Yes, I did receive many benefits:

1. Better digestion - Not as many food intolerances. It's still pretty early to tell the full extent. I just finished the Humaworm about 3 days ago.
2. More energy
3. Brain fog is pretty much gone
4. Acne improved some, but not a whole lot. It's improved more with the alkalizing drink. I also started using Miracle II soap for my face wash. I poured it into a little container and added about 5 drops of wild oil of oregano. That is REALLY helping me.
5. Less mucus in throat/nose upon waking

It was definitely well worth the effort.
