Thank you for taking the time to look all that up! Well as a long time member I have in fact applied many of all these 'healers' principles, unsucessfully I might add :-(.
And some I just could not manage due to my sensitive system ( God those Liver Flushes nearly did me in!! )

The oil swishing sounds interesting. No I haven't ever tried it.

Actually I am imprvoing a GREAT deal, however I was terribly ill ( bedbound ) for many years so I am just now getting up to where some members here are, healthwise.
