Someone else tried this method, and it was helpful. I tried last night, but don't know if it is working for me, yet. I don't place high expectation for anything, for I have tried many approaches, unfortuantely, nothing has worked for me, yet.

My diet has been good-for the most part- for many years now. I get the flaxseeds from bulk stores or supermarket. I do ground it, and add it to the cerial and yugort. The recepie is to put 6 tbls flaxseeds, one apple, and 1 1/2 cups of water into a blender. Hope this answers your question.

Have you tried cleansing? I have done many cleansings without any improvement.
