Hi,

There are certain ratios between Calcium to Magnesium and then this combination to the Sodium to Potassium ratios which must be in order for the body to be healthy !

And part of being healthy includes the condition of the skin !

Calcium allows the Cell structure to be able to elongate and the Potassium allows the cells to have some Flexibility along with this Calcium effect of elongation !

And the Potassium allows the outer part of the cells to be moist, which prevents total dryness from the Calcium !
