I have noticed the following reactions in skin concerning potassium and calcium
calcium makes my topical skin very soft
potassium draws water into my inner skin-without potassium my skin is flat and looks "old"

Why is it that calcium makes my feel so skin soft? (dry skin is listed as a symptoms of hypocalcemia-low calcium).
