Well, I haven't faithfully been taking magnesium after each meal. It's kind of hit and miss. I'll get more serious with that.

I actually started increasing the calcium two days ago because my teeth were aching. It helped a lot. I'll keep experimenting with the dosage.

And, I'm doing a foot soak right now while I'm typing this message! It's actually my first one.
