To be honest, I switched it again. I did do about 2 this way but now I switched to doing this and am having great results.

do the Hulda Clark flush with epsoms encapsulated approx 18 00 size capsules

then for the oil portion only I do the classic coke flush and get a healthier pop from the health food store.

the oil goes down and stays down this way

i also take digestive enzymes or aloe vera capsules and L-ornithine 8 to sleep through the night.
