It is interesting that your efforts are not paying off enough. I tried a an anti candida diet and it's so tough. I am going to look for an interesting post I found regarding candida. I like the moreless way of thinking, and have done that diet for a while now and it's helping. Do you oil swish? I do some sesame seed oil with few drops oregano oil in and then brush my teeth with baking soda. Don't have candida in the mouth first thing now! also started using intadental brushes and health seems to be improving. will look for that post now!
