I thought the whole CZ collective already knew about the benefits of real fats and oils? I was thinking along different lines, a small segment of this forum have taken a lot of pain killers or other drugs that disrupt their liver function, another segment also always think about stone counts, etc.

So to bring into this another angle, that the oil itself has huge benefits, that it is not just a catalyst to cause a "bile rush" and possibly why people feel much better a few days after a flush?
