You're comparing apples and oranges.
Man should stay fit as much as women!

But hair loss, or wrinkles etc, are quite outside our or anyone else's control. And no man will be disapointed when his wife gets a few wrinkles, or grey hair, or even a bit of a hair loss in the worst case.

We look at legs, hips, waist, we need to see those healthy curves, and the body sway not stomp...
